I took advantage of winter’s early darkness and treated myself to a more pleasurable activity on a chilly windy evening.
One thing I do like about winter is getting into bed early, snuggling under the covers, and delving into a really good book. Or . . .?
I’m a summer person, so I’m not thrilled when December rolls around because it’s cold - well, cold to me (yes, even here in Southern California). Don’t laugh at me, those of you who live where winter is really cold (snow! ice! windshield scrapers!).

Creating my own website was a huge learning curve and a complex, time-consuming art project for me. I’m happy to say I achieved that goal, and here it is – my website! But, working on this website took up all of my spare/free time.
So, I’m sorry to say that I failed miserably at coming anywhere close to a work/life balance.
